Commercial Real Estate

Buying a building, leasing your first space, or selling an asset. We handle commercial and land transactions across Central Arkansas, and we can manage the property afterwards too.

Commercial

Real Estate That Has to Pay for Itself

A commercial deal is a business decision before it is a property decision. The question is not only whether the building is right, it is whether the numbers work, whether the lease terms are survivable, and what happens if your business grows faster or slower than you planned.

We work with business owners buying their first building, investors adding commercial to a residential portfolio, and landlords who want a broker who will actually fill the space. Because we run a property management division as well, we can tell you what a building will cost to operate, not just what it costs to buy.

What We Handle

Office

Single suites up to whole buildings, whether you are buying somewhere to work or somewhere to rent out. We look at parking, build-out cost and what it would realistically re-lease for before you commit.

Retail

Storefronts, strip center units and standalone buildings. Location and traffic count matter more here than anywhere else, and we will be blunt about both.

Industrial

Warehouse, light manufacturing and flex space. Ceiling height, dock access and power capacity decide whether a building works for you.

Mixed-Use

Buildings with retail below and residential above, common in the older parts of Benton, Bryant and downtown Little Rock. They need a broker comfortable with both sides.

Land

Development sites and acreage across Saline, Pulaski, Faulkner, Lonoke and Garland counties, including zoning and utility questions before you buy.

Commercial Management

Own the building already? Our property management team handles commercial tenants, rent collection, maintenance and reporting the same way we handle residential.

Who We Work With

Business Owners

Buying instead of renting, or moving to a bigger space. We help you work out what you can carry, and what the building will actually cost once you add taxes, insurance and maintenance.

Investors

Adding commercial to a portfolio, or trading up. We can model the operating cost honestly because we manage buildings like yours every day.

Landlords

Space sitting empty is the expensive problem. We market it properly, screen the tenants, and can take over the management once it is rented.
