- Our resident portal, hosted by Buildium, where current tenants pay rent and raise maintenance requests.
These providers process only the data needed for their function. Following a link out to the MLS search, the resident portal or any other third-party site means that site's own privacy policy applies.
Property listings and MLS data
Listing information on this site comes from the Cooperative Arkansas Multiple Listing Service through IDX Broker. Listings are supplied by the brokerages that hold them and are refreshed periodically, so details such as price and availability can change before the site updates. Always confirm the current position with us before relying on a listing.
Data retention
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them. Server logs are rotated on a normal schedule.
